作为非常规能源资源的天然沥青，其开发和应用是对常规能源资源不足的一种有效补充。本实验采用溶剂萃取法，利用减压渣油提取布顿岩沥青的油分。当布敦岩沥青与减压渣油的配料比为2∶3、表面活性剂的掺量为0．5％、温度140℃、时间2h ，油分回收率可达91．2％。当布敦岩沥青与减压渣油的配料比为10∶3，在提取出的油分中加入2％的SBS ，可以调制合格的60＃抛光沥青。用布敦岩沥青制备特种沥青，在价格方面具有优势，为布敦岩沥青的进一步开发和利用找到了一种新的途径。%The development and application of natural asphalt ,which is non‐conventional energy resource ,is a kind of effective complement to conventional energy resource .The experiment extracted the oil from Buton Rock Asphalt with vacuum residue as the solvent by solvent extraction method .When Buton Rock Asphalt and vacuum residue of ingredient ratio was 2∶3 ,surfactant w=0 .5% ,reaction time was 2h , reaction temperature was 140℃ ,the oil recovery can be as high as 91 .2% .When Buton Rock Asphalt and vacuum residue of ingredient ratio was 10∶3 ,SBS(styrene‐butadiene‐styrene) dosage was 2% ,the mixtures can be used for the preparation of qualified 60# polishing asphalt .The price of special asphalt prepared with Buton Rock Asphalt is advantaged .A new method is found for further developing and using of Buton Rock A sphalt .
