地质研究所是我国第一所专业的地质人才培养机构,在中国地质教育史和地质科学史上占据了重要的地位.它拥有中国第一代地质专业教师、培养了中国第一批地质学生、刊行了中国第一本地质专业刊物等.地质研究所注重培养学生野外调查工作的能力,并要求学生们完成了多份实习(毕业)报告.本文通过对全国地质资料馆里保存的首批地质学生完成的实习报告的梳理与研究,从而挖掘史料中所潜藏的人文历史信息与所传递的精神价值,同时也是对地质史料现势性服务的一次探索与尝试.%Institute of Geology was the first professional geological educational institutions in China, and occupied an important position in history of geological education and geological sciences. The Institute of Geology had the first generation of geological teachers and students,and published the first geological book in China. It focused on training the students'ability of field investigations,and required students to complete multiple survey reports. Based on the survey report which been preserved in the National Geological Archive of China,we find the cultural information and spiritual values. Also,it is an attempt to explore the currently services of geological archive.
