磁选柱结构改进及优化研究

         

摘要

针对磁选柱实际应用中存在磁选柱溢流品位高、耗水量大和难以大型化的问题,通过对磁选柱结构及工作原理的分析,提出了磁选柱结构改进及优化方案.研究通过引入脱磁过程,优化磁选柱的结构,采用脱磁过程和交变磁场联合作用,改变了分散磁团聚的方式,降低了上升水流速度,单机处理量可提高3~4倍.实验数据表明,改进及优化的磁选柱,具有更高的分选精度,且具有处理量大,耗水量低,对资源的利用率高,对入选的原矿适应性强等优点.%Magnetic separation has problems in its opplications with higher overflow grade ,larger water nend ,difficult to be large-scale .Therefore ,after analysis on structure and operation machanism or magnetic separation column ,improvement and optimization plans for it was proposed .By introducing de magnetizing and opitimizing the structure of magnetic separation column ,the dispersion way of magnetic agglomeration is changed under the combined effect of demagnetizing and periodic magnetic field .Thus ,upper water flow rate is reduced and through put of each unit can be improved to be triple or four times of that before . Experimental data show that after improvement and optimization ,magnetic separation column has advantages of higher separation accuracy ,larger through put ,lower water need ,higher resource utilization efficiency and stronger adaptability for run-of-mine-ore .
