生态文明建设背景下绿色矿山内涵扩展研究

摘要

绿色矿山是我国矿业实现绿色发展的战略依托,具有现实的可操作性,在实践过程中不断积累深化,其内涵在扩展,体现出包容性和开放性的特点.党的"十八大"将生态文明建设列入"五位一体"建设目标,在此背景下绿色矿山其建设模式内涵将有大的扩展与提升.绿色矿山概念内涵经历了两个发展,早期受主管行业推动,处于行业覆盖下,行业封闭式的矿山范围内的生态修复、绿化复垦等;后是由行业倡议、矿业响应,带有浓重行政色彩的治理行为.党的"十八大"召开之后,生态文明建设纳入我党执政的纲领性理念.党的"十八大"将生态文明建设列入"五位一体"的建设目标,在此背景下绿色矿山的建设模式及内涵将有极大的扩展与提升.%The green mine is the strategy of relying on China's mining to achieve green development,practical operability,in practice constantly in the process of deepening the connotation in the accumulation,expansion,reflects the characteristics of inclusiveness and openness.The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC will be included in the construction of ecological civilization "five in one" construction target,under this background,the connotation of green mine construction mode will enhance and expand the.The connotation of the concept of green mines has experienced two stages of development,early by the competent industry to promote,in the industry coverage,ecological restoration,afforestation industry closed reclamation of mines within the range;after by industry,mining initiative response,governance behavior with a strong administrative color.After the party's "Eighteen big" was held,the ecological civilization construction was brought into the guiding principle of our party's ruling.The party's "Eighteen" will be included in the construction of ecological civilization "five in one" construction goal,construction mode and connotation of green mining in this context will greatly enhance and expand.
