经济调整期的中国矿业融资模式创新

摘要

As the basic industry of national economy,mining industry belongs to strong cyclical capital-intensive industry.It is one of the key factors for the success of mining enterprises and the success of mergers and acquisitions.This paper focuses on the study of China's mining financing mode during the economic adjustment cycle,analyzes the characteristics of financing and the characteristics of various financing channels during the exploration and exploitation of mineral resources and how the mining enterprises make use of the economic adjustment period to realize the merger through financing Integration.Through the comparative analysis of mining financing mode,this paper puts forward the main ideas of financing mode innovation of mining enterprises,including flexible use of convertible bonds for financing,actively promoting the linkage of investment and loan,exploring the establishment of classification of mining venture capital funds.At the same time,it is pointed out that the formulation and perfection of mining financing laws and regulations are of great significance to the innovation of mining financing mode.%作为国民经济的基础产业,矿业属于强周期性资本密集型行业.矿业企业顺利获取融资,是矿业企业持续运行乃至兼并重组取得成功的关键因素之一.本文着眼于经济调整周期内中国矿业融资模式的研究,分析了矿产资源开发利用过程中勘查、开采经营阶段的融资特点和各种融资途径的区别,以及矿业企业如何利用经济调整期通过融资实现兼并整合.通过对矿业融资模式的比较分析,本文提出了矿业企业融资模式创新的主要思路:灵活运用可转换债券进行融资;积极推动投贷联动试点;探索设立分级型的矿业风险投资基金等对策.同时指出矿业融资相关法律法规的制定与完善对于矿业融资模式的创新具有重要意义.
