煤气化废渣用作煤矿充填材料的试验研究

摘要

为了降低煤矿充填的成本，采用煤气化废渣作为集料，以普通水泥作为胶凝材料配置了充填材料，测定了料浆的塌落度、脱水率和充填体的强度。结果表明：随着水泥含量的增加，料浆的塌落度增加，随着煤气化细渣含量的增加，料浆的脱水率降低，在水泥含量为6％时，充填体的强度即可满足自立的要求；采用煤气化废渣作为充填集料，充填材料的成本是可以接受的。%In order to decrease the cost of backfill in coal mine ,a kind of new backfill material was prepared with coal gasification wastes used as aggregate and ordinary portland cement used as cementitious material.The slump and dehydration rate of the slurry was measured.The strength of the hardened backfill material was also measured.The results show that with the increasing of ordinary portland cement ,the slump of the slurry increases ,that with the increasing of the fine coal gasification waste ,the dehydration rate of the slurry decreases ,and that the strength of the hardened backfill material can meet the need of self‐support when the content of ordinary portland cement is 6% .When coal gasification wastes are used as aggregates ,the cost of backfill is acceptable.
