框架液压机拉杆加热预紧方法的应用

传统的通过液压油缸预紧框架液压机的方法生产成本高、劳动强度大、操作不方便.本文提出一种电加热管加热拉杆使其受热伸长达到机身预紧的方法,并介绍了其原理及应用效果.该方法经过实践验证,结构简单,使用方便,可大大降低劳动强度.%A method by heating the rod via electric heating tube to make the machine frame pre-tightened has been put forward in the text. The principle and application effect have been introduced. The method has been verified to be simple in structure and convenient in operation, which greatly reduces the labor intensity.
