The frame has a mattress frame provided on a support frame (1) and comprising a center section (2), a rear part (3) and a leg part with a breakable upper bracket (4) and a lower bracket (5). A frame of the center section is rotatable around a rotational axis that stays perpendicular to the support frame. Tie bars (6, 7) are inserted into the support frame and symmetrically arranged to the axis at a distance of the width of the support frame. A circular drive ring (8) is inserted into a square frame area defined by the tie bars, where the axis is provided in a center of the drive ring.
