快速锻造液压机是锻造生产的重要设备之一.在分析锻压机锻压工况和工艺要求的基础上,设计了基于比例插装阀的油控水压机液压系统,并对系统的性能和设计特点进行分析,具有一系列的优点.%The rapid forging hydraulic press is one of the important equipment for forging production.Based on the analysis of working conditions and process requirement of the forging press,the hydraulic control system based on proportioning cartridge valve has been designed.The performance and design features of the system have been analyzed with a series of advantages.
