高强结构钢60mm厚板冷弯成形的工艺实现

摘要

Through further analysis of cold roll forming process for the chassis frame vertical plate in some type of one-hundred-ton shovel truck,the cold roll forming proposal and technical parameters have been determined.Finally,the cold roll forming process for the Q690D highstrength structural steel plate with 60mm thickness has been achieved.%本文对公司某型号百吨铲板车车架本体立板的冷弯工艺开展深入分析,确定了冷弯方案与工艺参数,最终实现了60mm规格高强结构钢Q690D的厚板冷弯成形工艺.
