模架推拉力矩及功率计算

         

摘要

首先对模架滚动装置进行运动分析,并对其模架下滚轮受力进行分解,推导出滚动摩擦阻力和惯性阻力的计算公式和数值,最后求出模架滚动需要的电机减速机扭矩和功率,为模架推拉装置的减速机规格选型和电机功率选型等提供可靠依据.其中滚动摩擦阻力计算时,不仅考虑了理论摩擦力,还考虑了车轮轮缘与轨道的摩擦阻力、爬坡阻力等因素,使计算结果更贴近实际,保证考虑因素的完整性.%Firstly,the kinematic analysis has been conducted to the die-sliding device,and the force of roller under the die-sliding device has been decomposed.Then the calculation formula and value of rolling friction resistance and inertial resistance have been deduced.Finally,the torque and power of motor reducer required by rolling of die-sling device have been obtained.It provides reliable reference for selection of reducer mode and motor power for die-sliding device.During the calculation of rolling friction resistance,not only the theoretical frictionbut also the climbing resistance and the frictional resistance between the wheel rim and the track have been considered.Thus in this way,the calculation result is more close to the fact,which ensures the completeness of factors.
