用于锻造工艺课程实验的气锤的研制

         

摘要

The air hammer used in experiment of forging process course has been developed on the basis of the impact cylinder.According to the upsetting deformation energy of the lead specimen and the biggest impact energy of impact cylinder,the inner diameter and piston stroke of the impact cylinder have been selected.As per the working principle of impact cylinder,the control circuit of the impact cylinder has been design,and the electrical & pneumatic control elements have been selected.Meanwhile,the bracket and anvil block of the impact cylinder have been designed and produced.When the air pressure is 0.7 MPa,the switch has been press down and delayed,then the hammer has moved downward at a high speed.%基于冲击气缸研制了用于锻造工艺课程实验的气锤.依据铅试样镦粗变形功和冲击气缸的最大冲击功,选择了冲击气缸的缸筒内径和活塞行程.根据冲击气缸的工作原理,设计了冲击气缸的控制电路,选用了电器元件和气路控制元件,设计制造了冲击气缸的支架与砧座.当气压达到0.7MP a时,按下开关经延时后,锤头高速向下运动.
