Disclosed are a die assembly for a radial forging process and a radial forging method using the same capable of exquisitely making an angle of each edge portion and obtaining high quality by removing possibility of protruding when manufacturing a rectangular bar. The die assembly for radial forcing process comprises: a transfer operating unit moving forward or backward in a longitudinal direction; a pair of dies for a first forging arranged on both sides of a material; a pair of dies for second forging arranged on upper and lower sides of the material; a first formation operating unit which operates so that the dies for first forging repeatedly pressure both sides of the material; and a second formation operating unit which operates so that the dies for second forging repeatedly pressure both sides of the material, respectively. The dies for first and second forging are arranged on the same line in a longitudinal direction of the material and pressure the material at the same time. The longitudinal sides of the dies for first forging are inserted into between the longitudinal sides of the dies for second forging when the material is pressured, and the longitudinal other sides of the dies for second forging are inserted into between the longitudinal other sides of the dies for first forging, thereby performing formation on four sides of an upper side, a lower side, a left side, and a right side at the same time and preventing a material from moving to a mold gap generated when the excessively pressuring the material.
