液压机液压系统节能技术探讨

本文分析了液压机能源消耗的诸多因素,提出液压机运动能耗的概念和节能方案,并首次提出气液缸和二次调节技术两个能量回收技术方案,是液压机节能技术的新突破.%The various factors of energy consumption for hydraulic press have been analyzed in the text.The concept of motion energy consumption and energy-saving project for the hydraulic press has been put forward.The two technical projects of energy recovery including air/oil cylinder and the secondary regulation technology have been presented for the first time.It is the new breakthrough in the energy-saving technology for the hydraulic press.
