新生儿听力筛查的护理配合

摘要

Objective To study the nursing experience of acouesthesia screening. Methods Hearing screening for 603 newborn babies were done and the nursing experience of acouesthesia screening were summarized. Results Five hundred and seventy-eight babies passed in the first round. The 2nd round of screening was performed on those babies who didn't pass the lst round after 42 days. Among them 20 cases passed and 5 failed. Conclusions Nursing coordination of newborn babies is an effective way to detect heating defectiveness at very early stage.%目的 总结新生儿听力评估中护理干预行为的经验.方法 对2004年11月至2008年8月来我科就诊的603例新生儿在听力评估筛查进行护理配合.包括测试前的准备工作,测试中的配合及测试后就测试结果对家长的指导等.结果 578例新生儿在第一轮通过筛查.在42 d后对末通过的25例新生儿进行第二次测试,结果20例通过,5例未通过.结论 护理干预能有效的配合新生儿听力评估的顺利进行,对提高新生儿听力跟踪随访的依从性,早期发现听力障碍有重要意义.
