目的 探讨胶囊内镜对老年患者小肠疾病的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析2002年5月至2007年5月因疑似小肠疾病在我院行胶囊内镜检查的老年患者57例的病例资料,分析其临床资料及检查结果.结果 57例患者中发现病变48例,包括血管畸形16例,克罗恩病10例,小肠息肉8例,回肠憩室6例,平滑肌瘤3例,伪膜性小肠结肠炎2例,淋巴瘤2例,类癌1例.病变检出率82.4%(48/57).小肠平滑肌瘤、淋巴瘤及类痛均经手术病理证实诊断.结论 胶囊内镜可适用于患有多系统慢性疾病的老年患者,及不明原因消化道出血的患者,对老年患者小肠疾病具有较高的诊断价值.%Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of capsule endoscope for small intestinal diseases in elderly patients. Methods Retrospectively analysis in elderly patients were enrolled. The diagnostic data of 57 patients suspected of small intestinal disease were collected for analysis. Results A total of 48 patients showed pos-itive findings, including angiodysplasia in 16 cases, Crohn's disease in 10, inflammatory small intestinal polyps in 8,1eiomyoma in 6, small bowel leiomyoma in 3, Pseudo membranous colitis 2, lymphoma in 2 and carcinoid in 1 case. Small bowel leiomyoma, lymphoma, carcinoid were diagnosed via operation. Conclusion Capsule endo-scope can be used in elderly patients with systemic diseases or alimentary tract hemorrhage with indefinite reason.Capsule endoscope shows a high diagnostic value for elderly patients with enteropathy.
