紫杉醇治疗肺癌的不良反应分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the side effects caused by sciadopitysin on treatment of lung cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis 96 cases on the side effects caused by sciadopitysin on treatment of lung cancer in our hospital in past 5 years.Result The main side effects of sciadopitysin were myelosuppression(57 cases of leucopenia,16 cases of thrombocytopenia,22 cases of red blood cell reduction),neurotoxicity (9 cases),gastrointestinal reactions (56 cases of nausea and vomiting,43 cases of anorexia,9 cases of diarrhea),allergic reactions (19 cases),Cardiac toxicity (9 cases),Liver damage (6 cases).Conclusions Sciadopitysin is a safe and broadspectrum anti-cancer drugs and have broad application prospects.%目的 了解我院紫杉醇治疗肺癌的不良反应发生情况.方法 对2004年7月至2009年7月我院应用紫杉醇化疗药治疗肺癌患者96例所发生的不良反应进行回顾性分析.结果 本组紫杉醇的主要不良反应是骨髓抑制(白细胞减少57例,血小板减少16例,红细胞减少22例)、神经毒性(35例)、消化道反应(恶心呕吐56例,食欲减退43例,腹泻9例)、过敏反应(19例)、神经毒性(35例)、心脏毒性(9例)、肝功能异常(6例)等.结论 只要做好各种防治措施并掌握好合适的剂量,紫杉醇还是一种较为安全的广谱抗癌药,有着广阔的应用前景.
