我院门诊和急诊麻醉药品用药状况分析

摘要

目的 调查我院门、急诊麻醉药品使用情况为临床准确合理有效使用麻醉药品提供参考.方法 统计分析本院门、急诊麻醉处方387张,并用限定日剂量和药物利用指数为指标分析其使用情况.结果 盐酸哌替啶注射液的用药频率最高,为59.69%;急诊科处方276张,门诊外科45张,门诊内科166张.结论 我院门、急诊麻醉药品使用基本符合癌症三阶梯止痛原则、麻醉药品用药及管理的发展趋势,用药基本合理.%Objective To investigate the clinical application and tendency use of narcotics as to provide reference for the rational use of drugs. Methods Based on defined daily dose (DDD) and drug utilization index (DUI) methods, the 387 prescriptions of narcotics used in the dispensary for outpatients and emergency patients were collected and analyzed. Results The DDDs of Fentanyl injection(56.69%) were highest. Morphine was the first choice for the pain relieve of tumor. Conclusions The application of narcotic drugs is in accordance with the principal of three-step therapy for pain relieve of cancer advocated by WHO and it also shows the developing trends of narcotic Utilization and management.
