椎间孔的显示在颈椎病诊断中的意义

摘要

Objective To evaluate the significance of X-ray examination in cervical spondylosis diagnosis. Methods One hundred cases imaging with X-ray and MRI of cervical were analyzed restrospectively. Results Seventy-two cases had shown vertebral foramen size clearly in MRI, 73 cases had shown vertebral foramen form clearly in MRI; 98 cases had shown vertebral foramen size clearly in X-ray, 99 cases had shown vertebral foramen form clearly in X-ray. Conclusion X-ray is more excel than MRI examination in showing vertebral foramen and had better effect with using in cervical spondylosis.%目的 探讨颈椎双斜位X线摄影在颈椎病诊断中的临床意义.方法 回顾性分析100例患者颈椎舣斜位X线摄影和MRI的影像表现.结果 100例患者颈椎MRI清楚显示椎间孔大小72例,显示椎间孔形态73例;颈椎双斜位片清楚显示椎间孔98例,显示椎间孔形态99例.两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对于骨性椎间孔的综合显示,颈椎双斜位X线片优于颈椎MRI检查,在颈椎病的辅助检查中,二者联合应用效果更佳.
