丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

摘要

Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment of unstable angina. Methods A total of 120 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly assigned to observation group and control group. Symptoms and ECG were checked one day before and after treatment. Results In observation group,symptoms and ECG paramers were significantly improved, compared with those in control group( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium is an effective and safe method in treatment of unstable angina pectoris.%目的 观察丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效及安全性.方法 选择近2007年1月至2009年12月我院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者120例完全随机分成观察组和对照组,各60例,观察2组治疗前后临床症状缓解程度、心电图改善情况.结果 治疗后比较两组不稳定型心绞痛缓解程度,其中对照组显效17例,有效29例,无效14例,总有效率为76.6%;观察组显效25例,有效30例,无效5例,总有效率为91.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).比较两组静息状态下心电图心肌缺血ST-T改善情况,其中对照组显效15例,有效28例,无效17例,总有效率为71.7%,观察组显效24例,有效30例,无效6例,总有效率为90.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛安全有效.
