应用E-max铸瓷贴面修复效果的临床评价

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effects of E-max ceramic veneers on restorations of anterior teeth.Methods One hundred and twenty-two teeth of 62 patients were treated with E-max ceramic veneers and the observation times were from 2 weeks to 24 months.The integrity,marginal adaptation,color of the prosthesis and the health of gingiva were observed.Results The success rate was 99％ for E-max veneers and the marginal adaptation was good.There was one veneer cracked after 6 months restoration.Mild gingivitis occurred in 9 teeth after 2 weeks and got better then.9.8％ of the teeth had little sensitivity at beginning and disappeared after 6 months.No secondary caries,and discoloring occurred and there was no significant color difference after restoration.Conclusion The E-max ceramic veneers were ideal for anterior teeth restoration which could acquire favorable aesthetic effects.%目的 评价E-max铸瓷贴面在前牙美容修复中的临床效果.方法 对62例患者的122颗患 牙进行E-max铸瓷贴面修复,于贴面粘接后2周及6、12、24个月复查.评价修复体完整度、边缘适合性、牙龈健康情况及修复体颜色等指标.结果 99％的贴面完整存在,且有良好的边缘适合度;1颗贴面切端有小缺损;2周复查时9颗修复体有牙龈炎症,后续复查明显改善;9.8％的牙齿有牙本质过敏症状,6个月以后症状消失.无继发龋、边缘变色及明显的颜色不调.结论 E-max铸瓷作为釉质的替代物是前牙较为理想的修复方法,并可获得良好的美学效果.
