喜炎平注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎疗效评价

摘要

目的 评价喜炎平注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效以及安全性.方法 选取2012年9月至2013年9月北京市昌平区中西医结合医院儿科临床确诊的肺炎支原体感染患儿126例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各63例.2组均应用阿奇霉素及对症治疗,观察组在阿奇霉素治疗基础上予以喜炎平注射液0.2 ml/(kg·d)静脉滴注,共5d,疗程均为1～2周.观察2组治疗前后患儿的临床症状、体征、影像学检查及不良反应,并比较2组临床疗效、临床症状改善情况及不良反应发生率.结果 观察组在接受治疗后退热时间(2.0±1.1)d、咳嗽消失时间(3.1±1.0)d、肺部啰音消失时间(6±3)d、住院时间(11±3)d,明显低于对照组的退热时间(3.0±2.0)d、咳嗽消失时间(5.6±3.0)d、肺部啰音消失时间(8±4)d、住院时间(15 ±4)d,观察组总有效率95.2％(60/63)明显高于对照组76.2％ (48/63),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组不良反应发生率为9.5％(6/63),明显低于对照组23.8％(15/63),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 喜炎平注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎可较快改善病情,提高疗效及安全性.%Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Xiyanping adjunctive Azithromycin therapy in the treatment of children mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Totally 126 cases of children diagnosed with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected.All patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 63 patients in each groups.Both groups were treated with azithromycin and symptomatic treatment.Observation group received injections Xiyanping azithromycin treatment.Results The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group regarding the thermal time (2.0 ± 1.1) d,cough disappeared time (3.1 ± 1.0) d,pulmonary rales disappeared time (6 ± 3) d,hospital stay time (11 ± 3) d.The total efficiency in observation group (95.2％,60/63) was significantly higher than in the control group (76.2％,48/63) (P ＜ 0.05) ; adverse reac-tions in observed group (9.5％,6/63)were significantly lower than those in the control group(23.8％,15/63) (P ＜ O.05).Conclusion Xiyanping injection assisted therapy treating children azithromycin mycoplasma pneumonia can rapidly improve the efficacy and safety of Azithromycin therapy.
