医院中药不良反应报告分析

摘要

Objective To analyze adverse drug reactions (ADR) of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 58 cases of ADR reports,between January 2011 and December 2013 were collected; gender,age,administration route,types of drug,involved systems and clinical features were analyzed.Results There were 41 female patients suffering from ADR,with the proportion of 70.7％ ; 17 male patients were with proportion of 29.3％.There were 27 patients over the age of 70 years and the proportion was 46.6％.The ADR events developed in 46 patients by traditional Chinese medicine injection alone or combined with western medicine injection; the proportion was 79.31％.Conclusions The ADR occurrence rate in the female patients is higher than that in male patients.Patients over 70 years have more ADR than others.%目的 对中药不良反应报告进行分析,归纳总结药品不良反应(ADR)形成的原因特点及规律,促进中药合理使用.方法 收集北京中医药大学附属护国寺中医医院2011年1月至2013年12月3年上报的中药不良反应报告共58例,对ADR报表中患者的性别、年龄、给药途径、药物种类、累及系统、临床表现等情况进行统计和分析.结果 女性患者发生ADR为41例,占70.7％,男性发生ADR为17例,占29.3％,70岁以上老年患者发生ADR为27例,占46.6％;中药注射剂单独使用或与西药注射剂联合使用引起的ADR 46例,占ADR报告总数的79.3％.结论 女性患者ADR构成比均高于男性患者,70岁以上老年患者为ADR易发人群;中药注射剂较其他剂型更易发生不良反应.应重视中药ADR监测和上报工作,药剂科应加强与临床科室合作,并肩携手促进合理用药,保障患者用药安全.
