阿卡波糖与二甲双胍降低体质量效果的Meta分析

摘要

目的 评价阿卡波糖与二甲双胍降低体质量效果的差异.方法 计算机检索PubMed、Embase、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库和维普中文科技期刊数据库,检索时间为建库至2016年1月,文献语种不限.筛选比较阿卡波糖与二甲双胍降低体质量效果的随机对照试验,对纳入研究进行数据提取和质量评价,采用RevMan 5.2软件对数据进行Meta分析.结果 获得相关文献282篇,经筛选最终纳入7个研究共983例患者.Meta分析结果显示,阿卡波糖降低体质量作用优于二甲双胍,差异有统计学意义(均数差=-0.94,95％置信区间:-1.24～-0.65,P＜0.000 01).结论 阿卡波糖降低体质量效果优于二甲双胍.%Objective To evaluate the effect of acarbose and metformin on body mass reduction.Methods Clinical randomized control trials regarding acarbose and metformin reducing body mass were searched in databases of PubMed,Embase,China Biology Medicine (CBM),China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP) and Wanfang Data from their inception to January 2016.Clinical data were evaluated.Review Manager 5.2 software was used for statistical analysis.Results Finally 7 literatures with 983 patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that the effect of acarbose on reducing body mass was better than that of metformin(mean difference =-0.94,95％ confidence interval:-1.24 to-0.65,P ＜ 0.000 01).Conclusion Acarbose is superior to metformin in reducing body mass.
