脂肪因子网膜素1在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病领域的相关研究进展

摘要

Researches on the fat factor omentin-1 have shown its relations with obesity,insulin resistance,inflammation,vascular endothelial function,atherosclerosis,cardiovascular disease and revascularization.This review focused on the biological characteristics of omentin-1 in coronary atherosclerosis to provide references for prevention and treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.%近年来对脂肪因子网膜素1的临床及基础研究已取得较大进展.我们在查阅国内外文献的基础上,对网膜素1的结构与分布,以及其与肥胖及胰岛素抵抗、炎症、血管内皮功能、动脉粥样硬化、心血管疾病、血运重建等的关系进行相关总结,着重对其在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病领域方面的生物学特性做一综述.希望这些较新概念能为将来预防和治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病提供一个新思路.
