医生电话随访对冠脉支架术后患者服药依从性的影响

摘要

目的探讨医生电话随访对冠脉支架术后患者服药依从性的影响.方法将150例冠脉支架术后患者随机分为随访组(75例)和对照组(75例)两组，出院时叮嘱入选患者术后1年内需服五类药物：阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、β受体阻滞剂、ACEI(或 ARB)及他汀类药物，只对随访组患者进行电话随访.出院1年后评定两组患者的依从性.结果随访组患者的完全依从性和总依从性均较对照组患者高，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)，不依从性较对照组患者低，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论医生电话随访能明显提高冠脉支架术后患者服药依从性.%　　Objective To observe the effects of doctor's telephone follow-up on compliance with doctor's advice in patients atter intracoronary stenting. Methods 150 patients after intracoronary stenting randomly divided into the follow-up group(75 patients) and control group(75 patients). Patients in the two groups were instructed orally to take five kinds of drugs(aspirin, clopidogrel, beta-blockers, statins, ACEI/angiotensin receptor blockers). We only made the telephone follow-up to the follow-up group after they left hospital. Compliance was compared between two groups one year later. Results The rate of compliance completely and overall compliance were higher in the follow-up group than that in control group(P <0.05). The rate of no compliance was lower in the follow-up group than that in control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Telephone follow-up with doctors can increase patients' compliance of taking drugs in patients after intracoronary stenting.
