右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血的效果分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the application effect of iron dextran oral liquid(IDOL) on pediatric nutritional iron deficiency(PNID) therapy. Methods 70 cases of PNID children who were admitted into our hospital from Sept. 2010 to Sept. 2013 were selected and divided into experimental group(35 cases) which treated with IDOL and control group which treated with ferrous sulfate oral liquid (35 cases), then compare the comprehensive effect of two groups. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of experimental group was obviously higher than control group (P<0.05), and the Hb, MCV, MCHC of experimental group was also obviously higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion IDOL has a good effect on pediatric PNID, and it worth to be promoted in clinical.%目的：分析右旋糖酐铁口服液在小儿营养性缺铁性贫血治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2010年9月～2013年9月我院收治的70例缺铁性贫血儿童，其中有35例给予“右旋糖酐铁口服液”治疗（试验组），另35例给予硫酸亚铁口服液治疗（对照组），对两组患儿的治疗效果进行综合比较。结果经治疗后，试验组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组患儿治疗后的Hb、MCV、MCHC指标均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论右旋糖酐铁口服液用于临床治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
