农村老年人2型糖尿病80例健康管理临床分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of healthy management of 80 rural elderly type 2 diabetes and to explore the significance of healthy management in the treatment of them. Methods There were 80 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes who were collected from January 2011 to December 2011 in our clinic for treatment,they were retrospectively analyzed. 80 outpatients with type 2 diabetes were divided into experimental group and control group according to the treatment they were accepted,40 clinic patients in each. No statistical differences were existed in the basic information of two groups. The control group was treated with conventional diabetes therapy,while the experimental group was implemented the diabetes health management work on the basis of conventional treatment of diabetes. The effect of the two groups would be evaluated in one year. Results The effect of the experimental group was good.The fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h-PG) were improved significantly than the control group.There was significant difference between the two compared groups(P < 0.01). Conclusion The systematic continuous health management can significantly improve the treatment level of rural elderly people with type 2 diabetes,and is also one of the important treatments of diabetes.%目的分析80例农村老年人2型糖尿病健康管理的临床效果，探讨健康管理在2型糖尿病治疗中的意义。方法收集2011年1~12月在我院门诊就诊的80例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料，进行回顾性分析。80例患者根据治疗方法分为实验组和对照组，每组40例。对照组进行常规糖尿病治疗，实验组在进行常规糖尿病治疗的基础上，实施糖尿病的健康管理工作。1年后对两组效果进行评价。结果实验组效果良好，患者空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖较对照组改善明显，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论持续、系统的健康管理能够明显提高农村老年人2型糖尿病的治疗水平，是治疗糖尿病的重要治疗措施之一。
