Objective To investigate the application of antibacterial drugs in the patients with pulmonary infection in our hospital and evaluate the rational use of drugs. Methods 205 patients with pulmonary infection in our hospital were randomly selected and the use of antibacterial drugs were statistically analyzed. Results The antibacterial drugs used in 205 patients involved 28 kinds of antibacterial drugs in 6 classes, the total use number of antibacterial drugs were 565 times, 3050 d. Cephalosporins and quinolones were commonly antibacterial drugs for pulmonary infection, and accounted for 47.15%, 39.16% respectively. The patients only used a kind of antibacterial drug were 105 cases (51.22%). The patients used two kinds of antibacterial drugs were 100 cases (48.78%). The total use days of antibacterial drugs in top 5 of frequency were 1950 d (63.93%),the average use days were 4~9 d, the use number were 426 times (75.40%). The distribution of DUI value was 0.97~1.07. The unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs in 205 patients with pulmonary infection were 56 cases (27.32%).In the unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs, there were 18 cases(32.14%) mainly due to overlarge single dose and supper high doses,13 cases(23.21%) with too few daily times of administration, 9 cases(16.07%) with selecting drugs too highly or unreasonably. Conclusion The application of antibacterial drugs in the patients with pulmonary infection in our hospital is reasonable, but need more supervision for the unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs.%目的探讨我院肺部感染患者抗菌药物使用情况，评价合理用药情况。方法随机抽查我院肺部感染病例205例，统计分析其抗菌药物的使用情况。结果205例患者使用抗菌药物共涉及到6类28种抗菌药物，抗菌药物使用总次数565次，3050 d。孢菌素类、喹诺酮类抗菌药物为肺部感染常用的抗菌药物，分别占47.15%，39.16%。单用一种抗菌药共105例，占51.22%；联用两种的抗菌药有100例，占48.78%。用药频率前5位抗菌药物的用药天数总计1950 d，占63.93%，平均天数分布情况4～9 d，应用次数426次，占75.40%。DUI值分布0.97～1.07。205例肺部感染者中抗菌药物使用不合理共56例，占27.32%。其中不合理用药主要因单剂过大和超大剂量共18例，占32.14%；每日给药次数过少共13例，占23.21%；选药过高或不当共9例，占16.07%。结论我院肺部感染的抗菌药物使用情况较为合理，但对于不合理用药处，还需多予以监督管理。
