团体治疗在社区脑卒中患者康复训练中的应用性研究

摘要

目的观察团体康复训练对社区脑卒中患者应用后的疗效。方法选择社区48例患者进行团体平衡功能、日常生活活动能力及心理指导训练，采用Berg平衡功能的评分及改良Barthel指数评分，在训练前、训练1个月末、3个月末进行比较评定。结果48例患者治疗后1个月末及3个月末Berg、MBI量表评分较训练前明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论脑卒中患者采用团体康复治疗能明显该善患者的平衡能力及日常生活自理能力。%Objective To observe the effect of group therapy in social rehabilitation training on stroke patients. Methods Selected 48 patients underwent balance function training,ability training of daily life and psychological training.Outcome was evaluated by Berg balance function score and modified Barthel index score before the training,1 month and 3 month after the training. Results The Berg,MBI scale score was significantly improved after 1 month and 3 months training(P<0.01). Conclusion Stroke patients with social rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the patient's balance ability and ability of daily life.
