加强高等院校实验室开放管理培养学生自主创新能力

摘要

21世纪注重的是全方位能力人才的培养，本文从高等院校实验室启动开放式管理模式开始，阐述了开放式管理依托的条件，开放式管理意义，对学生创新能力的培养及如何实施等角度，为未来人才培养提供了思路。%More attentions are paid to the training of comprehensive ability in the 21th century,this paper starts from the laboratory of open management mode in colleges and universities,this paper expounds the conditions on which open laboratory management depends on,significance of open management,the cultivation of student's innovation ability and how to implement etc,it provides a kind of thought for future talent training.
