橄榄桥脑小脑萎缩血供特点的MRI应用研究

         

摘要

Objective To explore the blood supply characteristics of olivopontocerebellar atrophy (OPCA) and its role of OPCA pathogenicity. Methods 30 patients with OPCA and 50 normal volunteers were examined by MRA imaging technique of 3.0T MR. The vertebral artery (intracranial segment) and basilar artery diameter values were measured and analyzed statistically. Results The left sides of vertebral artery, right sides of vertebral artery (intracranial segment), and basilar artery diameter values of healthy volunteers were (3.19±0.34) mm, (3.02±0.46) mm, (3.71±0.41) mm. The left sides of vertebral artery, right sides of vertebral artery (intracranial segment), and basilar artery diameter values of OPCA patients were(2.25±0.17)mm、(2.30±0.40)mm、(3.03±0.35)mm. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The vertebral basilar artery of OPCA patients is obviously thinner. Abnormal blood supply is important in the pathogenicity of OPCA. 3.0 T magnetic resonance imaging technology has important value in early diagnosis of OPCA.%目的:探讨橄榄桥脑小脑萎缩(OPCA)的血液供应特点及其在OPCA致病性中的作用。方法应用3.0T MR的MRA成像技术对30例OPCA患者和50例正常自愿者进行MRA成像,分别测量其椎动脉(颅内段)、基底动脉内径值并进行统计学分析。结果健康自愿者左右两侧椎动脉(颅内段)、基底动脉内径值分别为:(3.19±0.34)mm、(3.02±0.46)mm、(3.71±0.41)mm,OPCA患者左右两侧椎动脉(颅内段)、基底动脉内径值分别为:(2.25±0.17)mm、(2.30±0.40)mm、(3.03±0.35)mm,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 OPCA患者椎-基底动脉明显变细,血供异常在OPCA致病性中占据重要地位,3.0T磁共振血管成像技术在早期OPCA诊断中具有重要价值。
