青光眼合并白内障超声乳化术围手术期护理干预效果分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing care of glaucoma complicated with cataract operation before and after operation,in order to improve the quality of clinical nursing. Methods 98 cases in our hospital with glaucoma complicated with cataract were divided into two groups follow nursing methods,all cases received surgery.And 48 cases(54 eyes)in the control group received conventional nursing care and 50 cases(57 eyes)in the experimental group received general nursing care.The data of two groups were compared before surgery. Results Eyesight was improved in the two groups after treatment,and the effect of the experiment group was better than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The complication rate was better than that of the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).Nursing satisfaction improved significantly in theexperiment(P < 0.05). Conclusion General nursing care in Glaucoma complicated with cataract operation can obviously improve the nursing care quality and patients’satisfaction,and it is worthy of widely promotion.%目的：分析护理干预对青光眼合并白内障手术患者围手术期的影响，以便提高临床护理质量。方法我院98例青光眼合并白内障手术患者根据护理方法分为两组，对照组48例（54眼）在围手术期采取常规护理，实验组50例（57眼）采用整体护理干预，并对两组患者资料进行对比分析。结果治疗后两组患者视力均得到改善，实验组效果优于对照组，实验组患者术后并发症发生少于对照组，实验组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论围手术期整体护理可以提高青光眼合并白内障手术患者护理质量和患者满意度，值得临床推广。
