目的：探讨地特胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素联合治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将本院所收治的2型糖尿病患者共140例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各70例。对照组睡前给予皮下注射中性鱼精蛋白锌胰岛素（NPH）及联合门冬胰岛素三餐前的皮下注射，而观察组给予地特胰岛素睡前的皮下注射及联合门冬胰岛素三餐前的皮下注射。严格监测两组患者每日的血糖情况及不良反应。结果经过治疗，观察组的血糖总标准明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论地特胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素治疗确诊为2型糖尿病的两组病患，血糖的控制疗效和NPH联合门冬胰岛素相对等，血糖达标速度快、胰岛素其用量较小、血糖保持更为平稳。%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of insulin detemir and insulin aspart in the subcutaneous treatment of typeⅡdiabetes. Methods 140 patients with typeⅡdiabetes in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 70 cases.Patients in the control group were given subcutaneously neutral protamine zinc insulin (NPH) at bedtime and subcutaneous insulin aspart before meals; Patients in the observation group were given subcutaneously insulin detemir at bedtime and subcutaneous insulin aspart before meals.Strictly monitored blood glucose and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results After the treatment,the total glucose standard of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group there had statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of glycemic control of insulin detemir and insulin aspart is as NPH and insulin aspart, blood glucose compliance faster,insulin amount smaller, blood sugar remain more stable.
