目的：分析泌尿外科患者的心理特点，并对个性化护理在泌尿外科护理中应用疗效进行探讨。方法选取2013年1月～2014年3月在我院泌尿外科接受治疗的患者64例，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组32例，对照组患者采取常规护理，而观察组在对照组的基础上给予个性化护理。对比两组患者住院期间并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果治疗期间，观察组患者并发症发生率（3.1%）明显低于对照组患者的49.6%；观察组的护理满意度为100.00%高于对照组患者的81.25%，两组对比差异显著，具有统计学意义。结论泌尿外科患者个性化护理，不仅能够减轻患者心理压力，提高其遵医行为的依从行，减少并发症的发生，促进康复，而且对于提高患者护理满意度，缓解护患矛盾有着十分重要的作用，值得临床上推广应用。%Objective To analyze mental characteristics of patients in urology department, and to discuss the application value of personalized nursing care for patients in urology department. Methods 64 patients who were admitted to the urology department of our hospital from January 2013 to March 2014 were selected and randomly allocated to an observation group and a control group, with 32 patients in each. Patients in control group received regular nursing, and patients in observation group further received personalized nursing. Incidence of complications during hospitalization and satisfaction rate towards nursing were compared between the two groups. Results During the treatment, incidence of complications in observation group was 3.1%, significantly lower than that of 49.6%in the control group;satisfaction rate towards nursing in observation group was 100.00%, higher than that of 81.25%in the control group. The differences between the two groups were all statistically significant. Conclusion Personalized nursing care for patients in urology department not only helps alleviate patients' mental pressure, improve their compliance, reduce complications and promote recovery, but also plays an important role in improving patients’satisfaction rate towards nursing care and ease patient-nurse dispute, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
