腿浴治疗器应用自拟糖痛洗剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the curative effect of leg bath therapy with self-prepared sugar pain lotion in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 106 patients with diabetes type 2 who were diagnosed and admitted to the department of endocrinology in our hospital from April 2012 to June 2013 were randomly assigned to a clinical group and a combined group, with 53 patients in each group. There were 29 males and 24 females in the clinical group, with an average age of (55.6±5.1)years and an average course of disease of (9.8±3.1)years. There were 25 males and 28 females in the combined group, with an average age of (57.6±5.8)years and an average course of disease of (11.0±2.9)years. The clinical group simply received basic treatment of diabetes and western regular treatment of peripheral neuropathy. The combined group further received leg bath therapy with self-prepared sugar pain lotion based on the treatment of the clinical group. Total effective rate and improvement of nerve conduction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the combined group was 88.68%, significantly higher than that of 71.70% in the clinical group(P < 0.05). The motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity in the two groups before the treatment were not significantly different, and the conduction velocity in the two groups significantly increased after the treatment, with the increase in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the clinical group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The leg bath therapy with self-prepared sugar pain lotion in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy shows a favorable curative effect.%目的：观察腿浴治疗器应用自拟糖痛洗剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法将我院内分泌科2012年4月～2013年6月确诊并收治的106例2型糖尿病患者随机分为临床组和结合组各53例。临床组男29例，女24例，平均年龄（55.6±5.1）岁，平均病程（9.8±3.1）年。结合组男25例，女28例，平均年龄（57.6±5.8）岁，平均病程（11.0±2.9）年。临床组单纯应用糖尿病基础治疗及周围神经病变西医常规治疗。结合组在其基础上加用腿浴治疗器的自拟糖痛洗剂进行治疗。比照两组的总有效率及神经传导改善情况。结果结合组其总有效率为88.68%，显著高于临床组的71.70%（P＜0.05）。两组其运动及感觉神经传导速度在治疗前无显著差异，在治疗后两组运动及感觉神经传导速度均显著加强，结合组其加强幅度显著高于临床组（P＜0.05）。结论腿浴治疗器应用自拟糖痛洗剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切。
