温针灸配合肾着汤加味治疗腰间盘突出症68例临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of needle warming moxibustion combined with Kidney Decoction in the treatment of cold dampness type of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 68 patients were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with needle warming moxibustion for 14 days, while the experimental group was treated by needle warming moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine-Kidney Decoction for 14 days. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.18%, which is significantly better than The total effective rate of the control group 74.29%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionThe clinical curative effect of needle warming moxibustion combined with Kidney Decoction is better than simple needle warming moxibustion in the treatment of cold dampness type of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.%目的：观察温针灸配合肾着汤加味治疗寒湿型腰间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将68例患者随机平均分为温针灸对照组和温针灸配合肾着汤加味观察组，对照组单纯使用温针灸，观察组在温针灸的基础上口服肾着汤加味，14d为一个疗程。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.18％，明显优于对照组的74.29％，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论温针灸配合肾着汤加味治疗寒湿型腰间盘突出症的临床疗效优于单纯使用温针灸。
