Objective To establish a method the determination of citrate and Pyrophosphoric acid in Ferric Pyrophosphate by ion chromatography.MethodsThe determination was carried out on a Dionex IonPac AS11 (4mm×250mm) column with 10mmol/L Sodium hydroxide solution as eluent by electrical conductivity detector. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min,The column temperature was 30℃,and temperature of conductivity detection pool was 35℃. Results The citrate was a good linearity over the range of 0.05-3.06μg/mL with a the correlation coefficient r higher than 0.9990(n=6).The RSD for repeatition was 0.39%(n=6).The Pyrophosphoric acid was a good linearity over the range of 0.06-4.48μg/mL with a the correlation coefficient r higher than 0.9990(n=6),the RSD for repeatition was 0.32%(n=6). Conclusion The method is environmental friendly and has high sensitivity,good selectivity,and can meet the requirement of the determination of citrate and Pyrophosphoric acid in Ferric Pyrophosphate.%目的:建立了一种离子色谱法测定可溶性焦磷酸铁中柠檬酸、焦磷酸含量的分析方法。方法采用阴子交换色谱柱ionex IonPac AS114mm×250mm),10mmol/L氢氧化钠溶液为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,电导检测,柱温为30℃,检测器温度为35℃。结果柠檬酸在0.05~3.06μg/mL范围线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9995(n=6),精密度试验的RSD为<0.39%(n=6);焦磷酸在0.06~4.48μg/mL范围线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999(n=6),精密度试验的RSD为<0.39%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简单、环境好,灵敏度高,测定结果准确、可靠,能满足可溶性焦磷酸铁中柠檬酸、焦磷酸的测定。
