腹部脏器损伤的超声诊断及对其漏误诊的分析

Objective To summarize the ultrasonic diagnosis of abdominal visceral injury characteristics, analyzed the reason of misdiagnosis of the leakage and countermeasures.Methods 46 cases of suspected abdominal viscera injury cases by ultrasound, CT examination, and through the diagnosis of abdominal viscera damage of surgical operation in treating patients with the clinical and imaging data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The first option ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was 82.6% (38/46), leakage misdiagnosis rate: 17.4% (8/46).Conclusion Ultrasound examination for abdominal visceral injury is a cost-effective, safe and high accuracy examination method; In clinical applications, the multiple perspectives, multiple position of ultrasound scan, to reduce misdiagnosis leakage, improve the diagnostic accuracy rate is very meaningful.%目的：总结腹部脏器损伤的超声诊断特征，分析其漏误诊的原因及防范对策。方法对46例可疑腹部脏器损伤病例所进行超声检查、CT检查，并通过手术治疗确诊为腹部脏器损伤的患者的临床及影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果首诊超声诊断准确率为82.6%（38/46），漏误诊率为17.4%（8/46）。结论超声检查对于腹部脏器损伤是一种性价比高、安全、准确率较高的检查方法；在临床应用中，多角度、多体位的超声扫查，对减少漏误诊，提高诊断的准确率是有十分有意义的。
