热敏图像消退后再还原技术发明及其在影像医学中的应用研究

         

摘要

ObjectiveTo research on reduction technology after Thermal images fading and explore the clinical application value of this technology by showing the image information that had faded again with self-invented thermal graphic reduction apparatus. Methods The data was divided to Group A,B and C according to the effective save time from start saving to image information fading of thermal electrocardiogram record data,and reduction temperature of recovering the data were set based on color development temperature after testing the color development temperature of all groups.The image reduction effect was evaluated.Results By comparison,Group A had longest preservation time,highest color development temperature and image reduction temperature.Group C had shortest preservation time,lowest color development temperature and image reduction temperature.The image preservation time had a positive correlation with color development temperature.By comparison of two groups,there were no changes of paper after torrefying for 3 seconds and the temperature over 80℃.The image of Group C was reappeared when the temperature was increased to 80℃ to 100℃.The image of Group C was reappeared when the temperature was increased to 80℃ to 100℃.The image of Group B was reappeared when the temperature was increased to 120℃ to 150℃.The image information of all groups was showed reversely,and the temperature was ideal reduction temperature.The image information disappeared when the temperature was over 200℃,and the color of paper was gradually changed from brown to sepia,which was overtop temperature.Conclusion Thermal images reduction technology can reproduce the image information after the fading of thermal images.%目的:研究如何使消失的热敏图像资料还原再现,通过运用自己发明的热敏图文还原仪,使已消退的图像资料信息再次显示,探讨该技术的临床应用价值。方法通过对热敏型心电图记录资料从保存开始到图像信息消失的有效保存时间的长短将资料分为A、B、C三组,分别测定各组的显色温度后,以显色温度为基准,确定各组资料复原时所需要的还原温度,评价图像还原效果。结果三组比较,A图文保存时间最长,其显色温度最高,图像还原温度也最高;而C图文保存时间最短,其显色温度最低,图像还原温度也最低;图像保存时间的长短与显色温度的高低呈正相关。组间两两比较,对纸面烘烤3s,温度<80℃时,各组纸面无变化,为无效温度;温度升高至80~100℃时,C组图像信息再现;100~20℃时,B组图像信息再现;120~150℃时,A组图像信息再现;各组图像信息均以反像形式显示,该温度为理想的还原温度。温度>200℃时,各组纸面信息消失,纸质由棕色逐渐变为棕褐色并渐趋焦糊,为过高温度。结论热敏图像信息消褪后,采用热敏图像还原技术可使消褪的图像信息还原再现。
