两种方法诊断慢性子宫内膜炎的比较

摘要

Objective To compare two pathological methods of diagnosing chronic endometritis. Methods Obtained samples adopted CD38 and CD138 combined with HE staining method or with immunohistochemistry respectively to diagnose chronic endometritis.Results Positive rate diagnosed by CD38 and CD138HE combined with immunohistochemistry was 26.19% which was higher than that diagnosed by HE staining method (3.57%). The difference had statistical significance (x2=36, P<0.05).Conclusion Immunohistochemistry combined with CD38 and CD138 to diagnose chronic endometritis is more of sensitivity and specificity.%目的：比较两种病理学诊断方法诊断慢诊断性子宫内膜炎的差异。方法获取的标本分别采用HE染色法与免疫组织化学染色联合检测CD38、CD138方法诊断慢性子宫内膜炎，比较两组诊断阳性率。结果与HE染色组诊断阳性率（3.57％）相比，免疫组织化学染色联合检测CD38、CD138组诊断阳性率（26.19％）更高，差异有统计学意义（x2=36，P＜0.05）。结论与传统方法比较，采用免疫组织化学联合检测CD38、CD138方法对诊断慢性子宫内膜炎更具灵敏性和特异性。
