妊娠期糖尿病孕妇孕期体重指数增长对妊娠结局的影响研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the significance of influence of the increase in body mass index on pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods In the background of the gestational diabetes mellitus,2000 pregnant women treated at outpatient and inpatient departments from June 2013 to May 2014 were selected as research subjects,whose data were retrospectively analyzed.82 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into 3 groups according to growth rate of weight index from 24 weeks of pregnancy to birth,with 25 cases in group A,35 cases in group B and 22 cases in group C,and then their effects on pregnancy outcomes were compared. ResultsThere were differences among groups in the body mass index,time of pregnancy termination,incidence of maternal preeclampsia,preterm birth,fetal distress,neonatal hypoglycemia,infant of low-birth weight and macrosomia,and the inter-group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Excessive growth degree in the body mass index of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus during pregnancy will affect pregnancy outcomes,and will increase the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,so the effective treatment and intervention should be clinically posed on pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus to avoid excessive weight growth and ensure the safety of maternal and infants.%目的：研究妊娠期糖尿病孕妇孕期体重指数增长影响妊娠结局的意义。方法以妊娠期糖尿病为背景对2013年6月～2014年5月门诊及住院部收集的2000例孕妇进行回顾性分析研究，对确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的82例患者根据怀孕24周后至胎儿出生为止孕妇体重指数的增长速度将其分为A组（25例）、B组（35例）、C组（22例）比较其对妊娠结局的影响。结果三组患者在体重指数、终止妊娠时间、产妇子痫前期、早产、胎儿窘迫发生率、新生儿低血糖、低体重儿、巨大儿发生率进行比较差异有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇体重指数增长幅度过大会对妊娠结局造成影响，增加不良妊娠结局的发生率，故临床应对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇进行积极有效的治疗和干预，避免体重过度增长，保证母婴安全。
