16例脉络宁注射液严重不良反应报告分析

摘要

目的：了解脉络宁注射液致严重不良反应（ADR）的情况及相关因素，探讨一般规律及特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法，对我市2014年1～12月16例脉络宁注射液药物严重不良反应报告进行分析。结果16例脉络宁注射液发生严重ADR患者，女性9例占56.25%，男性7例占43.75%，60岁以下9例占56.25%，61岁以上7例占43.75%，提示其总发生率女性高于男性、年龄发病率有下降趋势，严重ADR同时累及多个系统-器官，临床表现以过敏样反应及其呼吸系统伤害为主14例占87%，其中过敏性休克3例，超剂量用药5例。结论临床人员应了解脉络宁注射液ADR特点及发病机制，认真阅读其说明书，加强合理用药意识，避免或减少ADR的发生，确保临床用药安全、有效。%Objective To investigate the severe Adverse Drug Reaction(ADR)and relative factors caused by Mailuoning injection,to discuss the general rules and characteristics,to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods Adopted the method of retrospective study,the report analyses 16 cases of adverse drug reaction brought on by Mailuoning injection in 2014 January to December in our city.Results In 16 cases of patients with severe ADR sparked off by Mailuoning injection,9 cases of female patients account for 56.25%,7 cases of male patients occupy 43.75%,9 cases under 60 years old take up 56.25%,61 years old of above 7 cases constitute 43.75%,revealing that the total incidence is higher in females than in males and that incidence of has decreased. What is worse, serious ADR also involved multiple systems-organs,and 14 cases of the clinical manifestation to allergic reaction and the respiratory system injury is dominant,make up 87%,including 3 cases of allergic shock and 5 cases of overdose.ConclusionThe clinical staff are supposed to be familiar with the ADR features caused by Mailuoning injection and pathogenesis,read the instructions carefully,strengthen the consciousness of rational drug use, avoid or reduce the occurrence of ADR and ensure the secure and effective use of clinical medicine.
