Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yasmin in prevention of abortion uterine cavity adhesion, in order to provide reference for clinical. Methods 500 cases of termination of pregnancy and missed abortion curettage with required hospitalization patients from in our hospital January 2013 to December 2014 years were randomly selected, they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 250 cases in each group. The control group conventional oral antibiotics to prevent infection, the observation group in the control group further received Yasmin oral 3 course of treatment. The vaginal bleeding time, bleeding volume, postoperative outcome time menstruation and endometrial thickness and intrauterine adhesions between the two groups were compared. Results The patients in the observation group the time of vaginal bleeding, menstrual turnover time were significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05), the amount of bleeding was significantly less than that of the control group (P < 0.05), the growth of the endometrium were significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05);observation group undergoing intrauterine adhesions occur rate was 4.40%, significantly lower than the control group of 24.80%, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion After abortion oral Yasmin can effectively prevent uterine cavity adhesion, reduce postoperative vaginal bleeding time and bleeding volume, and promote endometrial growth and menstrual outcome, is conducive to the recovery of physical and mental health of patients.%目的：观察优思明在预防人工流产术后宫腔粘连的临床效果，以期为临床提供可参考依据。方法随机选取2013年1月~2014年12月在我院行人工流产术终止妊娠及因稽留流产需住院清宫的500例患者，将其随机分为对照组与观察组，每组各250例。对照组常规口服抗生素预防感染，观察组则在对照组的基础上加用优思明口服3个疗程，就两组患者阴道出血时间、出血量，月经转归时间，术后子宫内膜厚度及宫腔粘连情况施以对比。结果观察组术后阴道出血时间、月经转归时间显著短于对照组（P ＜0.05），出血量显著少于对照组（P ＜0.05），子宫内膜增长情况亦显著优于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组的术后宫腔粘连发生率为4.40%，显著低于对照组的24.80%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论人工流产术后口服优思明能有效预防宫腔粘连，减少术后阴道流血时间与出血量，并促进子宫内膜增长及月经转归，有利于患者身心健康的恢复。
