子宫瘢痕妊娠行双侧子宫动脉栓塞的护理配合

摘要

Objective To investigate the nursing cooperation of bilateral uterine artery embolization in patients with uterine scar pregnancy.Methods23 patients with uterine scar pregnancy in our hospital from February 2012 to May 2013 were selected, who received treatment of bilateral uterine artery embolization and chemotherapy, and received the appropriate care measures at the period of treatment, surgery and postoperative conditions the occurrence of complications in patients were observed. ResultsAll patients were operated successfully, no bleeding peri-curettage, no vaginal bleeding after curettage, no abnormal echo in ultrasound examination.Conclusion The bilateral uterine artery chemoembolization uterine of patients with scar pregnancy combined coordination of scientific comprehensive nursing, can ensure the normal operation and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.%目的：探讨子宫瘢痕妊娠行双侧子宫动脉栓塞的护理配合。方法选择2012年2月～2013年5月我院收治的23例子宫瘢痕妊娠患者，予以双侧子宫动脉化疗栓塞术治疗，同时在治疗前后予以患者相应护理措施，观察患者手术情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果所有患者手术均成功，术后清宫术中无大出血，清宫术后无阴道大量流血、彩超检查无异常回声。结论在子宫瘢痕妊娠行双侧子宫动脉化疗栓塞术中应用科学全面的护理配合，能够保证手术的正常进行，减少术后并发症的发生。
