临床护理工作对肺癌全肺切除术后并发症的发生率影响分析

摘要

目的：分析临床护理干预对肺癌患者全肺切除术后并发症的影响。方法入选我院2011年9月~2014年9月收治的86例肺癌患者，均行全肺切除术，根据入院先后顺序分为两组各43例，对照组行常规护理干预，观察组在此基础上行中医特色护理干预，加强对并发症的预防性护理，比较两组并发症发生率、死亡率及护理满意度等情况。结果观察组心律失常、肺部感染、呼吸衰竭、心力衰竭及支气管胸膜瘘等术后并发症发生率为18.6％（8/43），显著低于对照组39.5％（17/43），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组死亡率2.3％（1/43）低于对照组7.0％（3/43），但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组护理满意度88.1％（37/42）显著高于对照组62.5％（25/40），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在常规护理基础上行中医特色护理干预有效降低全肺切除术肺癌患者术后并发症发生率，提高护理满意度。%ObjectiveTo analyze the influence of clinical nursing intervention on the postoperative complications in patients with total pneumonectomy for lung cancer.Methods 86 patients with lung cancer who were treated with total pneumonectomy in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2014 were divided into two groups according to the order of admission, with 43 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, on this basis, patients in observation group were treated with nursing intervention of characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and were strengthened the preventive nursing on complications. To compare the incidence of postoperative complications, the mortality, and the nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications such as arrhythmia, pulmonary infection, respiratory failure, and bronchopleural fistula and so on in observation group of 18.6%(8/43) was obviously lower than which in control group of 39.5%(17/43), the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05). The mortality in observation group of 2.3%(1/43) was lower than which in control group of 7.0%(3/43), but the difference was no statistical significance (P>0.05). The nursing satisfaction in observation group of 88.1%(37/42) was significantly higher than which in control group of 62.5%(25/40), the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionNursing intervention of characteristics of TCM based on routine nursing could effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with total pneumonectomy for lung cancer and improve the nursing satisfaction.
