高血压肾功能损害患者血清Cystatin C和尿NGAL含量检测及其临床价值分析

摘要

Objective To detect the levels and clinical value of serum Cystatin C and urine NGAL in hypertensive renal function damage patients.Methods Primary hypertension patients with no target organs damage were selected as the control group,primary hypertension patients with renal function damage were selected as the renal function damage group.Renal function indices were compared among the three groups.Results The differences of Scr and urine NGAL in the three groups had no statistically difference(P>0.05);In renal function Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups,the level of Cin were lower than the control group,while levels of serum Cystatin C and urine NGAL were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Serum Cystatin C and urine NGAL levels were negatively correlated with Cin. ConclusionSerum Cystatin C and urine NGAL level can significantly change in renal damage stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ,which have good correlation with Cin,they are ideal index to reflect renal function.%目的：研究高血压肾功能损害患者血清Cystatin C和尿NGAL含量及其临床价值。方法选择原发性高血压未合并肾功能损害的患者作为对照组，原发性高血压合并肾功能损害患者纳入肾功能损害组。比较三组受试者的肾功能指标。结果三组受试者的血肌酐、血尿素氮水平的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；肾功能Ⅰ期组、Ⅱ期组患者的Cin低于对照组，血清Cystatin C、尿NGAL含量高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；血清Cystatin C、尿NGAL含量与Cin呈负相关关系。结论肾功能损害Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期时，血清Cystatin C、尿NGAL含量发生明显改变，且与Cin水平具有良好的相关性，是反应肾功能的理想指标。
