口服中药联合穴位埋线治疗中风患者下肢痉挛的临床疗效

Conclusion Chinese medicine combined catgut implantation in treatment of Lower limb paralysis after stroke has define effect, It effectively alleviate the patient's lower limb spasticity state and Worthy of promotion and make.%目的：观察和研究口服中药联合穴位埋线治疗中风患者下肢痉挛的临床疗效。方法选取在我院接诊的80例中风后下肢痉挛患者作为主要研究对象，并将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例患者，对照组患者接受西药妙纳治疗，观察组患者接受口服自拟缓筋汤联合穴位埋线治疗，两组患者接受两个月的治疗，采用简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表对患者的临床效果进行对比。结果观察组患者的运动功能恢复情况优于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在中风后下肢痉挛的临床治疗过程中，口服自拟缓筋汤联合穴位埋线具有较好的临床治疗效果，有效缓解患者的下肢痉挛的状态，值得临床推广和使用。
