目的：研究复方丹参滴丸和阿司匹林联合治疗冠心病的临床疗效及对血脂的影响。方法选取2013年3月～2015年3月我院接诊的80例冠心病患者作为本次研究对象。对照组患者采用阿司匹林进行治疗，观察组采用复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林进行治疗，观察两组患者治疗后血脂总胆固醇和甘油三脂水平、治疗后高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、治疗疗效情况。结果观察组患者TC、TG（7.56±1.23）、（3.02±1.01）mmol/L均小于对照组（8.97±2.13）、（5.97±1.28） mmol/L，观察组LDL-C（1.80±0.57） g/L小于对照组（2.15±0.46）g/L， HDL-C（2.37±0.52）g/L大于对照组（2.06±0.51）g/L（P＜0.05）；观察组总有效率97.50%（39/40）优于对照组80.00%（32/40）（P＜0.05）。结论复方丹参滴丸和阿司匹林联合治疗冠心病的疗效显著，能够有效的调节患者的血脂水平。%Objective To study the clinical effect of Compound Danshen Pill and aspirin in the treatment of coronary heart disease and its effect on blood lipid.Methods 80 cases of patients with coronary heart disease from March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital were researched. Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pill combined with aspirin in the treatment of coronary heart disease is effective, and can effectively regulate the level of blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease.
