韶关市正常人群尿砷的正常参考值分析研究

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the upper limit of normal reference value of urinary arsenic in healthy adults without arsenic exposure in Shaoguan city.Methods300 healthy people with no arsenic exposure history from a casting factory, Ruyuan a fine foil Co. Ltd., a crane factory in Shaoguan Limited Liability Company,a Limited Liability Company crane factory toy factory were selected as the experimental group,150 workers exposed to arsenic in Shaoguan smelter were selected as control group.Morning urine was seleted as sample.The concentration of arsenic in urine were measured and calculated by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results 150 workers exposed to arsenic in Shaoguan smelter were selected as the subjects of control group.The maximum value was 284.60ug/L,the minimum value was 11.84ug/L,the average was (66.12±43.43)μg/L.Male contact detection for an average was (66.38±43.48)μg/L.Female contacts were detected with an average of (60.44±46.48)μg/L.Detection value at 20-29.99μg/L, 30 -39.99μg/L,40-49.99μg/L accounted for the largest proportion,respectively 15.33%,15.33%,14%.For 300 healthy people,the maximum value was 45.09μg/L,the minimum value was 1.52ug/L,the average was (17.19±8.41)μg/L.MSM detected an average of (18.31±8.36)μg/L.Female contacts were an average of (14.97±8.11)μg/L.The detection value at 10-19.99μg/L,20-29.99μg/L accounted for the largest proportion, respectively,48.33%,27%.The detection value of the arsenic exposure group was (66.12±43.43)μg/L,the detection value of the normal healthy population was (17.19±8.41)μg/L,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=12.321,P<0.05). The average detection value of male contacts was (66.38±43.48)μg/L,the average detection value of male healthy population was (18.31±8.36)μg/L,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=13.547,P<0.05).The average detection value of female contacts was(60.44±46.48)μg/L,the average detection value of female health population was (14.97±8.11)μg/L,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=9.534,P<0.05).ConclusionThe distribution of urinary arsenic in this survey,whether after the original data or log transformed data distribution is not a normal distribution,the geometric mean value was 15.44ug/L Therefore,it is suggested that the reference value of urinary arsenic in the non professional population in Shaoguan city is 16.00ug/L.%目的:探讨韶关市无砷接触史的健康成年人尿砷的正常参考值上限。方法选择韶关市某铸锻厂、乳源某精箔有限公司、韶关市某起重机厂责任有限公司、韶关市某玩具厂等无砷接触史的健康人群300人作为实验组研究对象,选择韶关某冶炼厂的150名砷接触工人作为对照组研究对象,收集调查对象晨尿作为样品,采用原子荧光光谱法测定并计算尿样砷浓度。结果韶关冶炼厂的150名砷接触工人作为对照组研究对象,检出的最大值为284.60μg/L,检出的最小值为11.84μg/L,平均为(66.12±43.43)μg/L;男性接触者检出平均为(66.38±43.48)μg/L;女性接触者检出平均为(60.44±46.48)μg/L;检测值在20.00~29.99μg/L、30.00~39.99μg/L、40.00~49.99μg/L所占比例最大,分别为15.33%、15.33%、14.00%。300名健康人群,检出的最大值为45.09μg/L,检出的最小值为1.52μg/L,平均为(17.19±8.41)μg/L;男性接触者检出的平均为(18.31±8.36)μg/L;女性接触者检出的平均为(14.97±8.11)μg/L;检测值在10.00~19.99μg/L、20.00~29.99μg/L所占比例最大,分别为48.33%、27.00%。本次研究砷接触人群的检测值为(66.12±43.43)μg/L,正常健康人群的检测值为(17.19±8.41)μg/L,两组比较差异具有统计意义(t=12.321,P<0.05)。男性接触者的检测值平均为(66.38±43.48)μg/L,男性健康人群的检测值平均为(18.31±8.36)μg/L,两组比较差异具有统计意义(t=13.547,P<0.05)。女性接触者检出的检测值平均为(60.44±46.48)μg/L,女性健康人群的检测值平均为(14.97±8.11)μg/L,两组比较差异具有统计意义(t=9.534,P<0.05)。结论本次调查的尿砷分布情况无论是原始检测数据还是进行对数转换以后,数据分布情况均不是正态分布,其几何平均值为15.44μg/L,故建议韶关市以16.00μg/L作为非职业人群尿砷的参考值。
